Our 27' boat, MAKUA (sunfish), handles the water along the Kohala coast with ease.
We want you to have a fun time on the waters of Hawaii, and our boat is the perfect place for the adventure of a lifetime! Fast, clean & comfortable, Makua will take you to secluded beaches and coves where you can't hike, and offshore to see marine life like Humpback Whales , Dolphins , Manta Rays , False Killer Whales and Pilot Whales This is the perfect boat for exploring the coastal waters of the Big Island of Hawaii. We have a cabin for your gear to keep dry and to provide shade.
Our flybridge gives you a bird's-eye view of anything that may be within a mile of our boat. The bow is a wonderful place to ride and watch dolphins swim, lunge, and spin in the wake of the bow.
With a swim deck and ladder, it's easy on & off the boat to snorkel with Dolphins or on the Coral Reefs. You may have the boat just to your family since we limit to a maximum of 6 people plus crew. It's wonderful to have a private charter with just you and your friends.
Many of our guests are world travelers and have said: “This is the BEST thing we have ever done!”
Our first concern is for the health of the dolphins and other marine life. We advise all guests of proper etiquette of being in the wildlife environment so they are not stressed in any way.
